About Us

Horizon Electric, Inc., dba Horizon Systems & Design has been in operation since 1994.  Founded by Paul Jenkins, with his entrepreneurial spirit and years of experience (since 1975) in residential and commercial electrical work.  This experience spans the mainland and the islands, and includes union and non-union projects.

Horizon Systems & Design started as an electrical contracting company and soon after, in 1997, began to evolve into a company providing design, provision and installation of a broad range of custom electronic system solutions including:  audio/video, home theater, systems integration, networking, communications, lighting control, motorized window treatments, and electrical contracting.  We use components from the electronics industry's elite manufacturers that we feel offer the best solution for each application.

Our mission is to provide high quality, professional service from start to finish to customers that value the best workmanship, finish and service on par with the best in the industry.

We have experience in both residential and commercial projects and have worked with many different contractors throughout the Hawaiian Islands.

Our residential and commercial projects span Island wide from Pineapple Hill in Kapalua to some of the most beautiful and luxurious homes and resort properties in Wailea and Makena.
